The little bitty town of Bargersville, Indiana has an appropriately tiny downtown Bargersville sector, consisting of just a few blocks off the Old Plank Road, which lines the community’s eastern borders. You will find city facilities such as the Bargersville Utilities Office in Bargersville’s downtown neighborhood, and the United States Post Office. Some banks and businesses, such as the TLC Dance Studios make their home in this area as well.
But Bargersville is essentially a lovely, mainly rural community, one of many similar small-town environments in Indiana. The Hoosiers who dwell there enjoy the simple, free lifestyle which is the obvious advantage of living in small towns. Of course it doesn’t hurt that big city Indianapolis is within easy commuting distance, about fifteen miles due north.
